My friend asked me if there will be any problem if divorced or separated after LVO issue the visa for Permanent residency under FSW as a family. Will there be any problem for the applicant? How about kids? Can he land with a kid without a spouse? Will they ask for anything or documents?
If the principal applicant reported change of status like separation before the spouse lands will this affect any process?

Please advise.
Thank you

You should report it immediately to your visa office. The officer shall ask for proof of divorce and court order for custody of children. And your spouse will not be able to enter canada

Sir.
If separated now and the divorce process in islamic country takes no less than 4 months as well as the official custody. How can she protect herself? she does not want to lose canada. her husband was wiaitng until he got the visa then he asked her to leave his house with the kids.
He will certainly not allow her to take her children to canada. What is your advice?

Your post is very confusing.
Who is divorcing whom? Who is the principal applicant? Who want or not to take children to Canada?

The principal applicant is the wife. Her husband after he got the visa wanted divorce. He doe nt want her to take the children. Tw children less than 5 year. Can anyone land with children? If the principal appjicant reported separation, will they rejeat the husband visa at the airport? Will this delay the process of the applicant?

Their process is over since they've got their visas, divorce doesn't change anything in process itself.
Good thing is that she is a PA and she must land first, the rest of the family can come with her or later. So, if he used her just to get his visa she has two options - not go at all if he refuses to let her take the children, so he wan't be able to use his PR visa (Canadians want let him enter the country). The other option depends on the laws of the country they live in (as I realised, it is one of the muslim countries where law is not on the side of women), she can wait for the divorce to get the custody of children and then try to negotiate with ex about landing. Deadline to enter Canada is one year from medicals.
There is, also, a third option which is against the law - she can just go and land with her children if the law of her country allows hes to cross the country border with children without other parent's permission (that is the case in countries which put children in parent's passports). That would be a kind of kidnapping.
There is, also, one thing I don't understand - he threw her and their children out of the house and now he won't let her take the kids?

because he just want to send them money and wanted her to go and live with her family and stay there. he does not want her even to look for international contract. Revenge

Unless the PA (she wife) lands in canada others can't land.. If she is separated from him then he can't land. So she gets kids custody then kids can join her.. For him it is no chance to land in canada..
