I may need to move to a different apartment due to rent increase after sending my citizenship application.

I am aware that the application processing does not start months after you sent your files in.

I am due to send my application sometimes in September 2014. And I may move to a different apartment in December 2014, before Christmas.

Is there any way to tell CIC that my mailing/home address change before they start processing my application and CIC sends the letter that says "it is started" to the address I mentioned in the form?

Million dollar question is, would that trigger the RQ? :-[

Thanks!!!!!

Changing address will not triggered RQ, but might delay the process and

if you are moving to other address important that you have to change by

e-cas.

Wish you all the best of luck..

Thanks Janoo.

Can I use e-cas without CIC assigning me a Citizenship Receipt or File number?

I am guessing I may not have a Citizenship Receipt Number or File number since the CIC may not start to process may application.
