I have called them too.... They told me the same. But the question is y visa officers are not processing or why qre they delaying? Will applying for CAIPS NOTES helps?

Ya , waiting is not gud ! CAIPS serivice is generally for long processing files and its usefull when u r file gone overtime ! As my opinion waiting is gud options !
