Chances to get visa after once rejection

I'm the one of the unluckiest candidates who got rejection in Sep,2013. Please let me know if Anyone from you get the visa after being rejected once.
I've no where to go expect Canada. So i'm planning to reapplying for Sep,2014.

My Profile

+12 : 74%
BCA : 62% ( 2008 -2011 With Many Backlogs - I'm afraid it was the main reason behind rejection but i completed my degree in 3.5 years)
IELTS : 6.5 ( Not less than 6 in any module)

Reason of Rejection: Proposed program not reasonable in the light of past study as well as macadamia and language abilities.

Now I'm trying so hard to come over all the reasons of rejection. I will retake the IELTS exam , Targeting more than 7 bands .
Also My Master in Information Technology is going to complete in May,2014. With Only one backlog. I also have good Marks more than 70% in all semester.

dear i would rather say that chances increase after rejection. it may sound funny.. but its true..
just imagine... u applied and u got rejected and VO told u that u can't come to canada because of X and Y reason.
now u know what are reason behind ur rejection and what could other reasons be.. now plan replying keeping in view previous rejection and possible other rejection that could come ahead...
your ielts score is good.
which country are u from?
and yes after completing Masters u will have more chances to go for research base prog and possibility to get scholarship will increase.
stay focused on ur study and on goals.
consider writing an SOP this time and yes a good SOP is good to write.

I applied in general category second time and my visa was refused on reasons :
1. Purpose of visit
and in other reasons :
Your proposed study is not reasonable in light of one or more of :your qualifications,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities or your future plans.
I chose international business management graduate course from mohawk college it is relevant with my field that is commerce.
I have done bachelor of commerce professional with 50% agg. marks and
My ielts score overall 6.5(R-6.5,W-6,S-6,L-8)
Grade 12 marks 59%
Grade 10 marks 63%
what should i do now ?

as far i know.
the objection called "purpose of visit" means that sth is wrong with ur chosen course. mostly it is due to diploma programe being choosen. i have never seen anyone with diploma getting visa. (may be there are some cases.) but i got this info from someone in CHC.
other objections i cant say anything about like language abilities.
i think 6.5 with academic test in IELTS is quite good.
if they say ur previous and current course mismatch then this could be. if you think they match, then write an sop. a good one. and tell them how these are related. i dont think on what bases does VO think course mismatch, they only have genaral or basic knowledge about courses.
write a strong sop. although they say SOP is optional i would say it is recomended, even your other profile is very good.
a good sop can relate maths with bilogy. so use all ur abilities. write a sop.
tell them everything they want.
i would say if you are a student rejected first time.
then your chances to go on re-applying are greatly increased, because u know what things are objections and hurdles. and you can prepare to eliminate them.
