Hello Guys,
The chances of rejection after RPRF draft is cashed is reduced but the chances are still there. As someone already said - two things;
1. Security Checks problems
2. Medical Problems
Now according to the new fast track process, they are also doing background checks at the same time, if something comes up during this which is your Job Letter, your Education, Work Experience, Tax Returns etc. then they will question you. Exactly that is what happened to Maple - he is in Canada and for some reason they are asking him for the tax return document from whichever country he is from. That is actually not a big deal as long as he can prove that there is no Tax return in his country and prove his job experience with different references then he should be fine.
Remember, CIC can ask more documents at any time when they think they need it to approve an application. It is not uncommon, rarely but it happens to people and that doesn't mean rejection.
So, you will be fine while your check is cashed - this is a good sign but not an assurance of the visa that will be issued.
