quite unlikely, but never say never... jsut to give you an idea score has never fallen below 450.
dentistry is a controlled profession however, i think you need to do some research before you apply into EE...

FYI - you should try for PNPs, they will almost guarantee an ITA.

If you have some time to research on your own, you don't have to hire a consultant. Most of what you need to know is on the forum and the official IRCC website.

Hi,

What are your IELTS scores? If they are below CLB9 then you can try improve them. My scores jumped from 406 to 460 by improving my IELTS.

Not going to happen I'm afraid, 406 is far too low. Concentrate on improving it to at least 450 if you're really serious about immigrating.
