Answering the PFL on time does not reverse or fix the misrepresentation. Even if you answer the PFL on time, you have still misrepresented information in your application. It is then up to IRCC if they do or do not give you a five year ban.
Oh so even i provided the document that will answer their concern still a misrepresentation
It's hard to answer that question without knowing the details of your case and what IRCC is saying you misrepresented.
If you misrepresented information and in the PFL you confirm that you misrepresented information and then provide the right details, that's still misrepresentation.
If IRCC has accused you of misrepresentation and you did not do the things they have said (e.g. they say you have a past refusal for a US visa that you didn't declare but you don't have a past visa refusal), this is something you should be able to argue.
Again, very hard to comment without knowing the full details.

A land title that i use for my proof of fund is genuine , has a deed of sale from previous owner,there are receipts of property tax but only it was not registered in the registry of deeds but my sponsor was able to register it after receiving the PFL about this concern. the documents presented was legal but only it was not complete. Will that still fall in misrepresentation case?
Why will i pay the property tax every year if the property is not mine legally.
An incomplete document is not a fraud, it was resolve so it’s now a complete…but why still ended up on negative result
Get a Canadian lawyer to represent you if you want to appeal the decision.
TRPs are taking well over a year to process these days and I don't think there's any way you'll get one approved in time to attend an appeal in Canada.
Thank you.. It’s worth paying a lawyer to reverse the decision of misrepresentation because the intention of applicant is not to commit fraud but to have a good education in Canada.
So if I read that correctly, you include a property that's not registered under your sponsor's/or yours (it's a bit confusing here cos you said you paied property tax).
Did you include any document to show the title IS under your sponsor? Did you include incomplete document? (not sure what that really means as you said legal but incomplete)
Did you include a letter to explain that the land title transfer is in progress and yet to be registered?
If you had included any document to imply a property that's NOT under your sponsor's title at the time is owned by our sponsor, that is misrepresentation.
You need a good lawyer and any proof that the land title transfer was in progress and had issue to finish... (not started AFTER PFL)
Paying property tax doesn't mean anything. You can help a family to pay for property tax with no ownership of the property.
I can't answer that question. I have no idea if you will be successful in overturning the misrepresentation with the help of a lawyer.
