Hi,
I have been working as an Assistant professor in Mechanical engineering for 3.5yrs, ie, after my Masters.
Now I am planning to apply for PR under EE.But before that I would like to get a few doubts clarified:
1) which job category should i go for 4011 or 4021?
I have a Masters in Mechanical engineering and I teach in an engineering college(private institution) affliated to technical university of my state. So do I qualify under 4011(university lecturer with masters- teaching undergraduate students) OR is it 4021 only, since I am teaching in a non governmental institution?
2)Can I migrate to Canada and find a similar job? will it be easy? do the Canadian colleges accept people with masters only as lecturers?
3)If I intend to take up a technical job as Mechanical engineer then do I need to undergo any licensure procedure to get a job?
4)With job prospects in mind, applying under PR is better or trying for PhD under student visa is better?
If someone could help to clarify these doubts then it will be of great help.
Thank you in advance!!
