Would welcome comments about my case situation in the given scenario. I applied on March 30, 2010 to CIO, on May 17, 2010 I had the whole application pack returned to me with a letter stating that my credit card could not be charged and I should reapply using some other channel for fee payment. I sent in my application again via DHL enclosing DD this time, which was received on June 10, 2010 as per DHL`s acknowledgement. Still the DD is not encashed. What are my chances of getting affected by new rules? My NOC 0111 is not there in new list..

No affect on your application if received before 26th June

The lock in date is when CIO receives it. They use the word submitted in reference to submitted to CIO office. I am afraid nursemich that you are affected by new rules

hi all what will be the time duration for those who will apply after 26 june... as i m planning to apply the previous time duration was 1 year what about the new fast track time.... kindly reply
