Chances for parents from Pakistan to get visit visa(not super)

i want to ask what are the chances that my parents will get the visit visa from Pakistan to visit me in Canada(i am student).Plzzz Help. My parents are well off but i saw that many of my friends's parents refused visit visa.

Since you are only a student, you can only a letter to invite with no financial responsibility and the onus will be on your parents paperwork ( ie., family ties, assets, travel history ).
