1. You didn't provide any fake documents and answered questions truthfully
2. You don't have any transmittable disease that will affect Canadians (like Ebola) or conditions that required more hospitalizing.
3. You won't be a threat to Canada (criminal history)

Currently they're not focusing on 2nd stage. Even if they process and you get PPR you cannot travel to Canada at this point due to travel restriction.
