From IRCC webinar, you need to satisfy around 3 (depending on your country) to pass 2nd stage:
1. You didn't provide any fake documents and answered questions truthfully
2. You don't have any transmittable disease that will affect Canadians (like Ebola) or conditions that required more hospitalizing.
3. You won't be a threat to Canada (criminal history)

Most likely when VAC open in your country. Failure in the 2nd stage is rare (stated in the Webinar).

It is open since July and I have given my biometrics on July 24 th, but they have given AIP last week..
Currently they're not focusing on 2nd stage. Even if they process and you get PPR you cannot travel to Canada at this point due to travel restriction. There might be announcement next about it (May be)

In fact I want full approval to feel myself in safe and have a relief. It is an obsession to be approved in princible but not to be sure %100 ....

Being able to travel to Canada shouldn't matter when you have a study permit seeing as you are allowed to enter Canada at any time whenever possible.

When was this webminar held?
Many applicants got refused after receiving AIP, unfortunately...

I wouldn't rely on what was said at any webinar. AIP is quite plainly not a guarantee of final approval and may only consist of a completeness check.
