Medical call is a good sign itself, means he has passed some stages already. I can say 80% he will get approved.

I think that's a good sign too, since it took about a month, then that means they have preformed some checking on your application before approving your medical status.

i'm hoping and praying fo the best. Yes it took a month before i received an update in my cic account that i passed the medical exam.
