chance for 390 CRS score

the way Cut off marks are dropping, is there any chance that it will ever reach at 390 crs score?

I have read too many threads where it is written that no matter whatever happens score will never drop below 400. :'(

Everyone who posts on these threads are just guessing. I don't know if it'll drop below 400 or not, but my opinion carries about as much weight as those who say it won't. The only consistent thing is, do what you can to get the highest score you are able to get, and hang tight. Hope for the best.

I have also read that these days PNPs are closed. and all PNPs awardees are already invited for immigration. thts why score are dropping.

is it true?
I fear after some weeks or months PNPs holders will again.b in queue. and cut off marks will start getting high. :-(
