So far I never heard and read anywhere that somebody can do to certify your school credential outside except your school po.

Thank you so much. Even thru internet, wala akong makita. How about Notary public sa Pinas? kc ung sa school ko, malabo na makakuha ako dun since wala na akong kakilala kung saan ung skul ko dati? baka may iba po dyan na nakaranas sa Notary Public? thanks

Wala po akong idea tol unless kung nagsara ang school diretso daw sa ched. Otherwise kailangan mo talaga mag send ng representative mo at authorization letter sa school mo po. Check niyo po school baka pwede niyo email para makapag inquire po kayo
