Certified true copy, not done in 2017

I have certified true copy of my birth certificate. The question that I have is that I got it certified from a notary public a few years ago (2013). Can I use that or the officer is going to say "oh it's old" ?!

I need to know this too. I got my birthdat certificate certified and translated in 1990, 5 days after i was born.

Any advise..?

These documents has no requirement on time of issuance or translation.

I thought so too, as nothing in these documents change.

Can you say what documents DO have requirement on time of issuance or translation?
