Certified translation of the Nikkha Nama

I recently received an email from immigration office from London and they are asking for "certified English translation of the Nikkah Nama". although i have sent them a marriage registration certificate and a copy of your Urdu Nikkah Nama. any idea why they are asking for a english translation of the Nikkah Nama and where can i get one in Pakistan ?

• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
• a certified copy of the original document.
