Certified Copies or Original documents ?

Hi everyone., Im gonna apply for inland sponsorship shortly. I really need some help with this.

1. Is it acceptable if I summit my documents which are certifiably translated and copied in my country (Vietnam) or I must get them done in Canada ?

2. Do I need to send my original documents or certified photocopies are acceptable?

you should submit your original documents and translated document from your country. Also, they should be certified in your country or Canada by agency. You can copy your file and keep it by yourself as reference.

are you sure that I have to summit my original documents like my ID, my birth certificate and my household book which doesn't make sense cause once I send my application I would lose my documents for sure?

You do not send originals. You do not need to have the translation redone in Canada.

thats what I thought cause it makes no sense if I have to send my original documents since they won't be returned so the certified copies which I got them done in my country are acceptable right ? I do not need to redone them in Canada ?

I have another question about the translation.
In the guide (IMM5289), it says " if the translation isn't done by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada, you must summit an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator. A certified translator will provide both a certified translation and certified copies of the original documents. The affidavit must be soon in the presence of + a notary public + a commissioner of oaths + a commissioner of taking affidavits "

Also, I mistranslated my brith certificate but I didn't bring my original one to Canada . I only have my certified copy of my birth certificate so am I able to get it translate in Canada ?

you can send a copy of your ID. For my birth certificate, i got a second copy from my local police station (exact same as my original copy). and i translate it in my home town with authorized agent stamp on it to prove this document is legal.
