hi can any one plz help me.

There is a question in express entry under work history; does the candidate have a Canadian certificate of qualification from a province or territory?

I have not studied here in Canada. I have done my MSW (masters of social work) in India and got the credential assessment done from CASW(Canadian association of social workers). The document says that , "This is to certify that the academic qualifications of the candidate is equivalent to a Canadian Master of Social work Degree.

How can i answer this question above, yes/no? Can i consider this evaluation from CASW as a certification required here? Experts plz help...

Now if I get registered under Ontario college of social workers, they issue a certificate called CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION . With that can I answer the above question ......yes....?

your answer will be greatly appreciated.....!!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
As far as i know that certificate of qualification is for trade occupations not for professional occupations so it should not apply to you..
Secondly, As per my knowledge, CIC assigned 5 organisations or bodies for qualification recognition to issue an ECA report which determine the comparability of your degree to a canadian one which are:
Comparative Education Service – University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
World Education Services
Medical Council of Canada (professional body for Doctors)
Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (professional body for Pharmacists).
so are you sure that you could obtain a valid ECA report from Canadian association of social workers ?!!
