Hi good day, I just applied my CAQ application last May 2022, its already 5 weeks but I did'nt received my approval. My study in quebec will begin this july 2022. How can I follow up my application regarding with my CAQ

Contact Quebec immigration. Average is 4 weeks. Do you still need a study permit? If so defer.
Look on the Quebec immigration site for contact info. Study permit processing average 12 weeks so you will not get a response in time.
below is the quebec immigration contact number that I got from their website, and as mentioned by Naturgrl its technically impossible to start in July, I have a study permit application since March and till now no response

Hello, what about LMIA/CAQ MIFI for work permit? I'm currently in montreal, but i found a job offer from toronto and my lawyer submitted all papers to Mifi in the begining of may, and still no news.
sure the first step is always to get CAQ I had it in 20 days
Did they email you if your CAQ is already approved? Its already 35 days but I didn't get my CAQ.
I remember that I received an email saying that I have a new message, it was an electronic approval letter and after that the hard copy was sent by mail
