Look on the Quebec immigration site for contact info. Study permit processing average 12 weeks so you will not get a response in time.

Hello, what about LMIA/CAQ MIFI for work permit? I'm currently in montreal, but i found a job offer from toronto and my lawyer submitted all papers to Mifi in the begining of may, and still no news.

Did they email you if your CAQ is already approved? Its already 35 days but I didn't get my CAQ.

I remember that I received an email saying that I have a new message, it was an electronic approval letter and after that the hard copy was sent by mail

How long your study permit application can take with the visa officer at the embassy?

My CAQ took less than 20 working days and also you need to check the system when you receive email and download the form.
