Certificate Assessment steps for Diploma issued from Haryana State Board Technic

Hey, I have done Diploma from Polytechnic in haryana which is governed by Haryana State Board of Technical Education , need send documents to WES but due to COVID - 19 Lockdown, Can not visit Panchkula.
Any alternatives option if you can suggest .?
