The FSW application now needs to be sent to Canada directky and the follwoing is listed in the appliaction regd the fee:
"In Canadian funds only, you may pay by certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada.”

Any idea how do i get that made in US ??

every major bank issues bank draft in canadian dollor, but they charge high fees anywhere from $20-$40, and take 1 to 3 business days once they order it. Chase is the bank that charges the most - $40, and takes the longest - 3 days. you can also go to a post office and get an international money order. they do it instantly right there for you, but i'm not sure how much they charge you for that.

good luck!

USPS -

allows only up to max of $700 ...

I got mine at Wells Fargo. It took minutes and they charged $15.00. You should be able to go to any teller window at Wells.
