Hello friends i applied on november 8 and i had my test on august 21 and till now my status is in process so when do they mostly send for the ceremony??

Yes i passed the test and my documents were all complete.

Noone knows.
They try to keep the process under 1 year so there's a good chance you get it in the coming month in case you get your DM soon.

And when it changes to DM, do they send the oath invitation righaway or it takes time too to send it?
My friend had the test in the same day as me and her status changed to DM 3weeks ago or maybe more but she didnt recieve the invitation yet.
Is there a chance to speed the process?

No, there's a delay between DM and tne oath invitation. How much depends on each application.
You can always try to contact IRCC via webform to notify them that you're near the 1 year process duration, but apart from that, just wait I suppose.

And when do they start calculating the 1 year duration? Since they recieve my documents ? Or since the sent “we started processing your application”??
