i m goin for sep intake in centennial for computer system technology--networking (2 yrs) progrm..got the offer letter but the problem is my last sem btech result is not out yet....so i cannot proceed forwrd so i m stuck.....
WHo so ever is going to centennial.. need a good luck and best wishes... YOu are going to hell and an area which has one of the maximum crime rate in Canada..

You can't criticize one place.
And for your kind information the most dangerous aread is jane and finch. Which is near to Humber..

But the ggod thing is that the Campus for Fast track programs are on PROGRESS campus which is on main highway..So considering that..you can live somewhere near rexdale and commute there it takes 1 hour of bus drive

I can't criticize any place.
Because No place is perfect.
Thousands of student and resident stay in Scarborough.
They are not so dumb to stay there.
Stop scaring new students.
It doesn't make sense for centennial student to stay so far.
It divert them from studies, increase in travel expenses and wasting time in travelling.
Rob ford is a dumbass.
Just show me one news where any international student in scarborough is hurt.

I agree with aman singh and unless those criminals r not hurting international students, I dont think there is a need to discuss abt crime rate. Even mumbai, delhi and hyderabad has crime rate so should we stop living there? so its senseless.
And i heard that scarborough is full of indians, srilankans etc and its too hard to get a part time job is it true and also i heard that even if we get it the employer pay only $7 while the minimum is $10 is it true plz answer.
(I was scared when I heard about this crime rate topic few days before but now I am more bothered abt the part time jobs and som r even saying that the quality of education in centennial is bad plz clarify me abt this.)

this post is becoming scarier and scarier with every reply..i m goin to centennial for this fall.....i have also heard that part time is less in Scarborough but this crime news is new to me....this post has created a lot of confusion rather than solving the problem.....but the quality if education is very good in cenntenal thats of sure bcauz one of frnd had just gone there in may intake and he had told me it is far better from humber ....so if u r going fr study this is a good clg
