Hi,

Applicants who applied in CEM, MR is mandatory. So if the embassy request for a medical it's not guarantee that your applications might approve or not eventhough you passed the medical requirements.

Individual/s who resides in the Philippines but submitted their applications outside the country might not need to undergo medical depends on the country where he/she submitted her/his applications. Check this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/dcl.asp for your reference.

There are members here that joined in this forum who submitted their applications outside Philippines so most probably those who got refusal without MR are not CEM applicants or it's their 2nd applications (they had MR from their 1st applications)

@Rave yes....prayers lang talaga ang katapat nito...Medyo nagpapanic na nga yung utak ko kakaisip coz i know darating na visa ko this week...and it is approval and not refusal....

Malaki ba chance pag under agency yung application?
Rave? Agency ka din ba? I think i am going crazy na.

Sa sad for roman..ang tagal hinintay nung result..

Yung sa medical--with in 15 days kailangan lang makapag pa medical kana..di nila binabanggit na 15days kailangan maipasa..if u got delayed on ur medical like in nhsi,you have to inform/ fax the receipt of your repeat test.. Ganyan po ginawa nung sa akin..

yes...kapressure na din xel, same tayo i am assistant RM nakakapressure na and they also have plan for me to handle store but of course i will choose canada dream ko. Di lang ako makapagpaalam for resignation dahil wala pang visa...

wala pa akong nabasa na if under agency na reject... under agency ako shey, parehas kami ni xel ng agency... don't be crazy or else dika makapag isip nyan...

We are under the same agency rave. And yes rave i am going crazy because up to now, I am thinking that tomorrow early morning, M' Tin tin from Mercan will call me and tell that my visa is in the office already. Hehe, what a wild imagination...LOL...
Very encouraging word rave that no one you know that visa application is denied under agency...My destination is Edmonton Alberta under Shelly Kilbourn.,,is she also your employer? Maybe we are also in the same LMO ? Wish us luck guys....

your wrong about the morning, usually they call around 4-6pm.hehehehe... at least you imagine that theres a positive response... yeah, she is also my employer... kelan ba na release LMO mo? what number?
