celpip scores for EE ,

hello guys ,

when i go through cic website i find that i need to get 7 in each part of english test celpip , but a friend of mine already get now a ITA from EE and he got only R;4 , W;4 , S;5 , L;5 , ,,,, and he is a cook with LMIA and job offer ,, so me too i have the same situation , i m a cook TFW inland CEC and i m realy confused about celpip scores , but he applied for EE throughb an agency and me i will apply by myself , is this will make difference ?
also i was going to apply for EE through agency and they asked me for R,4 W,4 S,5 L,5 ,

so please anyone can tell me that if the scores 4,4,5,5, okay for applying through EE ,or i need to get 7 in each ,

also i have a job offer and LMIA so i dont nedd to get more scores in english test to get more points in EE Profile ,

For CEC class, You need 7 and above for NOC A or 0.
If you are NOC B you need Above 5

as you said, if you work as a cook ( NOC B ) you are eligible for 2 category, Canadian experience class and federal skilled trades. However, you have CLB in R,4 W,4 S,5 L,5 so you eligible for federal skilled trades only, if you get all CLB 5 minimum you will meet requirement as CEC.

witch one is better for me ? to be eligible for federal skilled trades only or to meet requirement as CEC , i mean when will i get more chance to recieve ITA ?

i heard that the category of FST is not eligible to apply for pr through EE , is that correct ?

You can start create EE profile, I think next draw you will get invitation as well as your friend got last time. One of my friend just got PR 2 Months ago through EE Program as skilled trade as well( he's work as a cook ) so You can apply as Skilled trades bro,,

If you unsure that you will not qualify for skilled trades so you can retake Celpip again and you must get minimum All CLB 5 or above then you will be able to apply for CEC.
