Celpip or Ielts?

Hi! my husband needs to do the test and I am wondering if I should book him a Celpip or Ielts based on easier for him to pass... thank you ahead for your suggestions

Whilst both tests are designed to test your language proficiency, CELPIP lays a slightly stronger emphasis on 'functional language' than IELTS. ... I did both, and I believe that the CELPIP is a bit easier. The challenging part for me in IELTS was the writing where I couldn't get higher than 6.5, but for the other bands I got the highest scores. With the CELPIP, I got them all.
