Q.)Can I submit two separate copies of test scores to meet the CLB 7?

I took IELTS-G three times and CELPIP-G twice just to reach CLB 7 in READING module only, except that I always been CLB 7 in remaining three modules (i.e. Listening, Writing, and Speaking).
However, my last CELPIP-G exam I met my reading CLB 7 requirement, but unfortunately in speaking I lost one mark. I got 6 in CELPIP General Speaking. As I have four previous test certificates in which I have met all three modules requirements except reading, can I attach a letter explaining the situation and attach two test certificates for speaking?
I have got
L-10, R-9, W-8, S-6 in my most recent CELPIP G test.
L-9, R-6, W-7, S-7 CELPIP G
L-6.5, R-5.5, W-6, S-7 IELTS-G
L-7.5, R-5.5, W-6.5, S-6 IELTS-G
L-7, R-5.5, W-6, S-6.5 IELTS-G
If anybody has done it or have information about it please share.
Thanks
Sid

Sid1234 - English language requirements must be taken from a single IELTS Test Report Form. You cannot use results from separate copies.

Maybe we need a sticky here, or in the IELTS forum, that says you need to meet language requirements with results from only ONE test, regardless of how many times you take...

^Well, a good lawyer can always say "there's nothing in the CIC website nor checklist that specifically says that; only that the results should not be more than 2 years old."
Don't you just admire Sid1234's enthusiasm to take the exam? If I'm a VO I'd be lenient.
5 exams x 250 = $1,250 plus the scheduling time.

But I agree that it should only be one document.
