Hi All,
Just need some clarification on how to interpret this link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=664&top=29
If correct then I could hold back on applying and the only things I would need to redo is the medical and IELTS tests.

So, I my last day as an FT employee was on February 29th, 2016. Does that mean I have 3 years from that date (in my case Feb 28th, 2019) to apply under CEC? After that it would be classed as FSW or completely invalid for any stream? To be eligible for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class you must have completed, within the three years before you apply, at least:
- 12 months of full-time work:
- 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours), OR
- equal amount in part-time hours, such as:
- 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
- 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
You must also complete an Express Entry profile.
