Re: Confirmation of Employment
To whom it may concern:
The intent of this letter is to confirm in writing the full-time permanent employment of MRS with XC from June 1, 2020 until the present. He has also taken a leave of absence from October X to November Y, and December X till January 2nd due to health concerns.
M accrues vacation at 4% up to 10 days annually. He also receives full company benefits including life insurance, health and dental insurance, short and long term disability and has access to participate in our RRSP contribution program.
He started as a Technical Support Specialist (NOC code – 2282) on June 1st, where his hourly salary was $XX, and in March 22nd he moved on to Technical Support Specialist - Overnights (NOC code – 2282), where his salary was $XX, and in May 1st he was promoted to Technical Support Specialist Overnights - Rare (NOC code – 2282) where his salary is $XX.
He is part of our Customer Care team in Cornwall, Ontario and is paid on the 15th and last day of each month and is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
His Roles & responsibilities uptill now:
Technical Support Specialist Overnight – Rare: (May 1st 2021– present)
- Acquisitions technical support – providing technical support to customers who were acquired and are on services that are not part of our 4G access
- Providing dealer support for installation and provisioning issues
- All technical support specialist duties
Technical Support Specialist Overnight: (March 22nd 2021 – April 30th 2021)
- All technical support specialist duties
Technical Support Specialist: (June 1st 2020 – March 20th 2021)
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to help customers reach resolution.
• Train end users in response to identified difficulties that they are having.
• Collect, organize and maintain a Problems and Solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Liaise with internal departments to investigate and escalate technical issues as appropriate.
