CEC waiting for P1 and P2

December is the slowest month, so, brace yourself till at least first week of January! Next steps would be eligibility and background check!

Looking for urgent serious help regarding immigration.
We have family application ( myself primary applicant, husband and kid dependent applicant ) for PR under healthcare category Express Entry.
We have received an invitation in july and submitted all documents in same month within timeframe. We were waiting for update since then. Recently I contacted local MP office if they can help me. I got update from MP office that application was refused on 3rd January 2025 but we never received any email or update in our GCkey account.
This is confusing and looking for genuine help/guidance.

Invitation received: 5th July 2024
Submitted application: 25th July 2024
Medicals: passed 16th September 2024
Biometrics: completed 16th September 2024
Document request : 16th October 2024 and submitted on same day
Background : Completed on 3rd January January
Eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Final decision: January 3, 2025 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
Submitted multiple webform - no answer. Called IRCC multiple times but their answer is keep waiting , application is still under process. Submitted GCMS notes request to check but no update yet. Waiting for notes to see what is happening.
If anyone can give me any idea or guide me what to do now?

Eligibility isn't complete yet so not sure there's really anything you can do but wait. Did you already receive the GCMS notes or are you still waiting? If you already have them, assume there was nothing stated there that indicated an issue or further review required?
Sorry, I misread your post. I now see the MP saying the application was refused.
When did the MP tell you this? Was this in Jan or recently?
Have you checked your spam box for possible emails?
I am still waiting for GCMs notes.
About Eligibity, in GCkey it is showing that " We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. "
In PR tracker Eligibity showing "Completed."
I am really confused, nothing is clear and nothing makes sense.
I have checked all the possible folders in my email. Never received any email.
MP told me yesterday itself. So far I was waiting patiently but yesterday after MP's email, now I am confused. First MP's staff told me that they refused our application on 3rd January 2025 due to insufficient information on file. Then asked again and then said that your application did not accumulate enough points to be considered.
How come this can be possible !
