As you have mentioned the word stuck, I assume you are worried because your application is past the average processing time for your class. Without an AOR date or timeline of events in your application, most of us can only guess. Pleaase try ordering the GCMS notes which should give the reason for the delay.

I’m sorry for posting without AOR details. I just edited the post with more details. And my application is still in processing time.

Oh for a Feb 6 AOR, your timeline isn't that bad at all, you shouldn't fear it is stuck, it is about a week less than 4 months. They have not started eligibility checks which is a good sign, the case workers pick applications in batches and close them. Yours should close soon in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for your reply. I hope I will get some update in next couple of Weeks. I was little bit worried as I see few applications with similar AOR and timelines getting FD , and few of them even got ECOPR from Edmonton PVO

just wondering if anyone faced this kind of situation and want to know what’s their timeline.

Unfortunately, IRCC has no set standard for processing, speed varies a lot, and they tend to blame the complexity of individual applications for the processing time variations. But otherwise also what I have seen is the duration of approval varies by your PVO/SVO etc... Sometimes within those offices there are variations depending on the case officer or analysts. The assignment of these PVO and SVO is pure luck and we don't control it. I assume you are a CEC/FSW so the average processing time is 5 months. Most applications get processed by then. I would suggest just relaxing and if eligibility doesn't get approved in a couple of weeks you can call IRCC on the phone and enquire. Even if you call unless the average process time is over IRCC won't act. ou can research on private trackers e.g. https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/2023-consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application

There is no gain in worrying otherwise

thanks for your reply. I will wait for further updates and I will keep posted here if I hear anything.
Meanwhile, if anyone's application falls under the same stage or anyone faced this kind of situation before and got Final decision after some time please post your thoughts here .

I understand that lot of applicants are waiting and I guess BGV is the most time taking part and I see in other CEC/FSW groups that Bgv is something done by third party and IRCC has no control on it. I’m not sure whether it’s true or no.

On the other side, I don’t see much updates or news about eligibility not started and other scenarios marked as completed . So I thought this thread might help me or few other people who’s waiting for eligibility.

I am really concerned about this

Time line ( transportation draw)
ITA: 16/03

First update ( biometrics request) :31-05
