Criminality: in progress
Security: not started

Hi, we did answer yes to question about previous visa rejections. In May 2021 our 1st PR application was rejected because an out of date police clearance were attached in error. Even though we submitted the correct document later and stated our case that it was an error and we had the new document our application was rejected and we had to wait for a new invite.

Not sure if it resulted in any delays for new application but 2nd attempt was approved.

They allow to use old police clearance, as long as you didnt visit that country right?

Congratulations to all new PR's from our cohort! We're happy for you and hope you can breathe a sigh of relief.

As for our PR application: there have been no updates since MEP. We ordered GCMS notes since it has been more than 90 days since our AOR at this point.

We're still hoping to get our PR before Christmas

To all our fellow PR applicants who are also still waiting: we hope you manage to stay positive. Sometimes, this waiting game can take quite a toll on us.

Eligibility: Not Started but R10 done (with review required for me, I answered one stautuary question as Yes)
Criminality: In Progress, passed for me but my spouse just gave biometrics last Thursday.

Yes, it May be expired but the Police clearance must be issued after the last day you have left the country

I have applied for Pr under cec Inland (no dependent)
Also haven’t added any Indian experience.

October 6- ‘’you have passed medical exam’’
‘’We do not need any additional documents’
Biometrics-We do not need your finger prints- as I have given my finger prints when I was a student
Background check- your application is in progress , we will send you a message when we start your background check.

Since oct6 after my medicals passed there is no update on my profile.
Also I went to india after submitting my profile so does it effect my profile? And also do I need to submit a new pcc as I have went to india when my file in under process.
Please help me and is someone wating for update for September 3 aor.
