Can any one guide ?? My AOr is september 2021 with one outland dependent …. I got last update in Nov 2021 for biometrics and my file is in new delhi i contacted MP 2 or 3 times… no update i want to meet my spouse asap ….. what is the best i can to expedite my application ???

Nothing. When the officer reviews your document the next time, they will decide whether you need a new one or not. In most cases, they don’t ask for a new one

Well, it looks like we won’t be finalized in 2022. They just increased the processing time to 15 months.

Do people think it'll go up much further?

• September 7, 2022 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided

It was NA before.
Since my background check wasn't started, I'm guessing it might have been started or passed.

My AoR is September 21st.

I got portal email on Aug 31 & uploaded everything same day, then got eCOPR on Sep 6.

Approx 1.5 months
