Hi Everyone,

inland applicant CEC
Commonlaw with Canadian Citizen
Submitted Sept 26
AOR Sept 26
Did my Medicals on Oct. 14
Biometrics done Dec 2020

Got an update on Nov 2 to upload my emedical. Uploaded next day.

Nov 3- UCI changed from CAN to a number

doesn’t say medicals passed or biometrics passed though…

Hey guys,
My application has been Cancelled as incomplete but the reason behind it is wrong. Is there any way to ask for revision?

His AOR: 10 Sep

@shayesteh Can you please share the reason for incomplete application. Call IRCC while you are at it. IF it is due to your medicals then ask them to reconsider and attach a copy of public policy and your UMI sheet. Contact a lawyer or consultant ASAP.

It could be related to your IELTS?

AOR: 10 sep and on Oct, 15th I received a request letter to upload my IELTS original certificate. Now, I wonder if others received the same request and if it is a good sign to have my application being processed?

not IELTS. they mentioned in the letter that my spouse credential degree from her Canadian university was not provided. However, she was just graduated and we put her transcript and a letter from her university confirming that she's graduated.
I really could not understand their justification

I have sort of seen this issue happen in past in one of the posts. Please talk to a professional (registered consultant or lawyer). You may want to plead with IRCC to re-open the application with the justification that your spouse is a Canadian graduate and is waiting for her certificate.

IRCC says that it needs to see a degree certificate... It gets totally anal about that requirement at times. Especially if they are in hurry.

BTW, do you really need her degree points? Can you qualify without those points?
