CEC PR - is there a fast way to work in US?

Hey guys,
I don't know into which forum to post this question -so I try it here as i am a CEC PR.
I have a fairly simple question and maybe some of you have some experiences in this.

I am PR in Canada since July 2014 and unfortunately I lost the H1B lottery in 2014. I know there is an easy way to get a work permit in the US for Canadien Citizens, but does this also apply for PR holders?
Probably not but asking can't hurt

No. All Canadian PR holders have to go through H1 lottery system.

If you are on H1B visa sponsored by an employer in US, the time to GC depends on two factors:
1. Your country of birth. Remeber this is not dependent on the passport you hold but dependent on your country of birth mentioned in your birth certificate.
2. The category under which you file your immigrant petition. There are three main categories under which you can file: EB1, EB2 & EB3

Depending on your category & country of birth, you could get your greencard in as soon as 6 months or as late as 10-12 years.

Very true..
I am my frd his greencard exactly after 11 yrs from entering USA, there are many others waiting.......
