Spoke with IRCC agent today and he said they are finalizing cec April-2021 applications. don't know if this info is reliable/relevant/interesting. That's all I was able to find.

I am a cec outland applicant my work permit is expired i have received the portal email.

Portal email Oct 27th

I replied to the saying i am currently outside canada and do not have a valid visa ,IRCC responded saying “we cannot process if you’re outside canada please let us know when you’re in Canada”.

any suggestions what to next?

This is wrong. You are allowed to be an outland applicant. I too have an expired work visa and cannot work in Canada again until I receive confirmation of PR.

So you called from India? bcz I tried them like hundred of times and it never gets connected. Could you pls tell me the number you called and also tell me the right time to call them cz I called them around 10 or 11 pm IST and they never pick up.

I’ve called 888-242-2100 and usually around start of business Canada time which is around 6:30-7pm India time.

PPR Request received on November 16th 2021. GCMS Notes recieved last week. Says Final Decision Approved. However still waiting on COPR. VFS tracking still says with IRCC. The dates changed to finalizing April 11th-17th on Tuesday 21st Dec. So i imagine after the holidays we will recieve our COPR through the post.

Hello guys, does anyone landed in Canada recently?
My spouse received her Visa stamped passport & copr today and planning to travel to Canada on 17th Jan 2022.
Anyone knows what all documents she needs to carry while traveling from India, I have also received my PR card.
Anything missing in the below list :

1. Passport (with Visa)
2. COPR
3. Vaccination certificates (qualify as fully vaccinated)
4. Primary applicant /Immediate family member in Canada- PR Card copy
5. a marriage certificate

hello everyone I m AOR april 2021
I just received my gcms notes today and it states the following:

eligibility passed
criminality passed
info sharing complete
medical passed

the final decision is blank
how long does it still take before getting the final decision and ppr ?


also for covid 19.I still did not get a singe covid 19 shot .is vaccine mandatory for landing? is Sinopharm vaccine also admissible ?

Fingers crossed. My AOR is May’21 though. I just hope they can process applications faster after the holidays.
