This is wrong. You are allowed to be an outland applicant. I too have an expired work visa and cannot work in Canada again until I receive confirmation of PR.

Hi. I have re-calculated my hours worked to be eligible for CEC. I worked a total of 51 weeks at 30 hours plus, and 2 weeks at 25 hours. Would these 2 weeks count as part-time hours? Resulting in 52 weeks in total full time? (51 x 30) and (2 x 25 hours so, therefore, part time = 30 hours total)...

Thanks for your reply. The two weeks unpaid are not together. Its just in total I guess. On the weeks I took unpaid days, I have in fact worked some hours just not up to the 30 (Around 15-20 hours and the rest unpaid) Would this count as part time work?
