ITA : 13th Feb
AOR : 26th Feb
Medicals Passed : 12th Mar

No updates since then.

Desperate about travelling to Canada :(
Firstly, are the dates you mentioned last year or this year?

If it's this year then it's barely been 2 months for you. The average processing time is 6 months, but more often 8 months... and that was before the pandemic slowed things down.

I myself have an AOR from March 2020 and I'm still waiting, even though, my application seems to have passed all stages. Until travel restrictions lift they don't seem to be sending COPR to Outland applicants.

Hi all , I completed exact 11 months today from AOR. No updates after re-medicals passed. I have applied for GCMS notes to see if there is any progress which i will receive by 22nd May. Considering the travel restriction and %of immunization in Canada, I would be optimistic to say we might have to wait 4-6 months {if it happens early, well and good}. Let's be patient and hope everyone of us gets PR soon.. Cheers

This is really frustrating to hear but I totally share your sentiment. My bf is sick of waiting and he's now thinking about transferring internally to Canada and working remotely from here. You can still go to Canada now with a work visa. Once you're here, you can update your status and you'll become an inland applicant, I think. Perhaps the progress will be faster...

Do fill us in on the GCMS notes once you receive those.

Hi folks , I am new to this forum but I am in the same boat that you guys are in

Here is my timeline :
CEC outland
ITA : FEB 14, 2021 (during massive CEC draw )
AOR : MAR 12
UPDATE 1 : MAR 30 ,I received an update for biometrics but it didn't say it is passed , just biometrics number , date got updated ( I had given bio for previous application )

1st Call to IRCC : MAY 17, Agent told me that my "ELIGIBILITY has Passed" ," Background Check is in Process ", They didn't get to Medicals and biometrics yet AND my VO is Ottawa . But my online account hasn't updated yet , it doesn't have any of the information that Agent gave me .

2nd Call to IRCC : MAY 20, called again to make sure eligibility passed , agent told me that my "ELIGIBILITY has Passed" ," Background Check is in Process ", Medicals : passed (expired )and biometrics is in process AND my VO is Ottawa . I told agent , i gave upfront medical 4 months ago and it is good for 12months and how is it expired but he told me same thing like medical passed but expired .

Did you guys encounter this before ? How come medicals expire before 12 months ? aren't they valid for 12 months ?

Did any of you guys have same or similar timeline ? please feel to share any recent updates .

Thank you
