Can someone list the questions we could ask when able to reach an agent, so that we can get most amount of information rather than just the generic "your application is under process"?
Things like VO and Second VO, criminalty stage etc? I keep seeing those in the thread just dont know all the questions I could ask to get as much information as possible from an agent.

there was no no.of days or date mentioned but this statement "Please respond quickly with the requested information, this will result in faster
processing."

Medical Passed: Nov 10
GU: Nov 15
I might have received another ghost update around December but I don't remember. I'm planning a trip so can someone help me guess when I'll get approval email? I realized I can request my application notes but that'll take at least a month and I'm guessing by then, I'll be approved already.

I finally was able to talk to an agent after gazillion times 
So, my medical is still under review and security has not started yet. Eligibility, criminality and info sharing already passed. I also received a response for my webform regarding my medical and they said they forwarded it to the office. I really hope it passed as I just found out I'm pregnant.
Primary VO is CIO
Secondary VO CPC Ottawa yesss ottawa which I've read from some threads is known for slow processing but still I am happy I was able to call hehe.

It is more random/silent rather than slow with SVO Ottawa. If you look at the threads someone from Sep AOR have no movements since MEP. But some with AOR Nov 24 got everything passed and 2nd GU, waiting portal soon I believe. On the other side, in some thread, I saw file is assigned to an inactive officer. So everything is based on luck.I finally was able to talk to an agent after gazillion times
