Hi jfes,
I'm an Oct 9 applicant. I had done upfront medical and paid RPRF upfront, however, haven't heard from CIC till date. Guess, we need to be patient...

Same here. What's GCMS?

GCMS: Global Case Management System.
This basically lets you know what's been happening with your file. Under Access to Information act (ATI), you can access all your GCMS notes for free from CIC. However, it takes around 30 days or little more for the GCMS notes to reach you.
Since we are almost close to the final decision on our files (we are assuming), do you think waiting for another 30 days for GCMS notes is worth it? I don't think so.
Anyway, here's how a sample GCMS notes might look like: https://www.gcmsnotes.com/Sample_GCMS_File.pdf

You can request GCMS notes at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

Hi ,

I am Oct 14th 2014 applicant and i am done with upfront Medicals and paid RPRF too. exactly a week back i have checked my ECAS and the status was changed from In-process to Decision Made. But when i clicked on Decision Made, I didn't find anything new in ECAS notes except my medicals update ( it was updated 3-4 month ago). And i didn't receive any mail from CIC too on the decision made status. Not sure what's going on... Do you guys have any inputs... ? Any information on how long it takes after the Decision Made?

Thanks!

For pregnant women, doctor would do a partial medical. i.e. they would not do the chest x-ray.
