Did you call your doctor to ask if they submitted your MR?
Also, did you send the email to CPC Ottawa with the e-medical receipt?

I did my medical on MArch 8,2016. Doctor sent me the letter on March 11 and I emailed CPC-Ottawa the same day(March 11). I got a reply in 3 days from them saying they have received my MR. Yesterday?(March 17, 2016) My ecas shows MR received.

I would say follow this if not email CPC-Ottawa just to confirm if they received ur MR or not.

thank you, cic has already received the medical results because my ecas shows "medical results have been received" (Feb 29, 2016).
I also paid upfront RPRF on Feb 29, 2016

I could log into the ecas system using my RPRF receipt number.

After that, no news.

torturous waiting!

I paid my RPRF fee upfront two weeks ago and did my upfront medical in Hamilton last week friday. Just called Dr. Krol's office today asking if they've uploaded yet and they said it's usually 10 business days!! 6 down, 4 to go :-[.

I was hoping it'd be uploaded and waiting by the time CIC got around to October 20th applicants, so they just send me my passport request right away.

We have done our medical and paid our fee upfront since March Last year and we haven't received PPR Request yet!

go for it. It will save some time. no reason to wait at this point & even if for some reason your application is denied, you will get a full refund of that fee.
