Get in touch with your local MP. Explain your situation and they will look into it for you and update you with what is taking it so long.

Also order GCMS notes (free of cost) to see whats the hold up and comments made by Immigration officer. It takes 30 calendar days to arrive. DO NOT ORDER PHYSICAL NOTES(one of the option while ordering GCMS Notes).

You can PM me incase if you have difficulty in reading GCMS notes.

Guys...Since Yesterday I am not able to check the status of my file...It says that 'We were not able to identify you using the information you provided'...I have tried with file #, UCI #, RPRF Receipt # but its not working...

Anybody facing a similar problem....

wow, no, thats really strange.
Name dob etc is correct??

Does anyone else have access with your file number? only thing I could think of is if you or someone accidently selected remove access, I almost selected that box once.
Best to call CIC and restore it.

Thanks for your quick response...No one else has the details but I also have a feeling that I was accessing the link from my phone over the weekend and I may have accidentally checked the box for removing the access...I hope the Call center can restore it quickly....Thanks once again....

Got my PPR on 10 Mar 16 (which i already notified this forum) and i sent the PP last Saturday. Hoping it to reach in a day or two.

I saw my status in ECAS changed to DM and there are no additional changes upon clicking the DM link.

Wish all of you good luck too. Am sure Oct applicants started receiving MR and your days are not so far.

Thanks to each one of the forum members as we all underwent so strenuous situation (which i am sure still some of you are but not for long any further) but we will feel the worth soon.
