some people have that extra line, some dont, nothing to be concerned about x

Hi guys,

I am an October 2014 applicant, October 9th'2014 precisely to be said. I've been passively following this forum for updates and info. Me and my wife applied for PR during October ( my wife being the principal applicant and I am her dependant ).

Below are the time lines for reference:
Application sent: 6th Oct 2014
Application recieved: 9th Oct 2014
AOR recieved: 11th FEB 2015.
Medical request recieved: 11th March 2016 ( only for the principal applicant).

So, we have recieved a MR request mail from CIC yesterday evening but strangely it was only addressed and requested for the pricipal applicant( my wife) but request for my medical is not mentioned. I was wondering is this the way it happens or a dependant spouse should also recieve a seperate MR request.

Confused as to why this missing link happened, any clues or suggestions on how to proceed further will help us.

Hoping better days for everyone else waiting, days are not far

hey don't worry at all, it's a common problem many people had. Just wait 24h from the time your wife received it, and if you still have nothing after that, send an email to CPC Ottawa. They will get back to you within 72h maximum with your MR.

Hi,
I'm in the same situation as you. I called CIC the results at valid for one year and you can use them. I called my doctor to resubmit them for the CEC application and waiting to hear back fom her on Monday

I asked this questions a lot but didn't get definite answer , I am in the same boat , I did my medical for another program , it was delayed as well , Now I afraid that CIC can ask me to do medical for October CEC application , What should I do ? My Previous one still veiled.

AOR received: 13th FEB 2015.
Medical request received: 12th March 2016

I have booked for the 20th to have the medical exam. I am wondering how long does it take to get the RPRF after they receive the medical results? Or should I just go ahead and pay it in front?

I say pay it upfront it won't hurt it will save you a week maybe if the officer opens your file to finalize it and see that you have paid the fees so he make a decision rather than sending you a request to pay then wait for him to update it back

Call center agent said they will make a decision within 6 month. What's meaning of that ?
