Hey, it says quarterly, the '14 months' is based on cased from june 14 - july -15
so they should have updated it in October, but they haven't.

I have changed my job from which I applied through and I havent notified CEC, so when I apply for BOWP should I mention about my new job?

I called CIC little while ago. I asked i have not heard back anything from CIC and whats going on ,, guys said 14 month is estimated time and you will get something shortly . I aked how lonf and when he in few months...................Do know why they are not telling the truth !!!

it is the same as normal work permit, just after answering a lot questions, you have choice to choose open work permit.

I called today and was told that my application looked fine, but that they need four more months, and to call back in March. It seems like the processing time has definitely increased to 18 months.

What will happen if I cancel my representative at this time? Will there be any delay in processing?

Nope, I don't think cancelling the representative would have any adverse effect on the file....

Did you pullout your old CEC application before you applied under EE ? Did CIC has ever asked to pull out your application of old CEC ? If so, at what point in time did CIC ask you to withdraw your old CEC application. Thanks for your inputs.

I have not applied yet. I am just collecting my documents and will be applying this week.

As far as I know you can have both the applications and they will process it simultaneously and when you get decision on anyone of them you can withdraw the other one.

I may be wrong.
