my credit card was rejected on friday 09.Jan, so probably for 2nd time my application will be returned! even thou i have sent a bank draft as well but little bit after, i think i still have a little hope! next week ill be checking with bank if bank draft was cashed out!

my application was received on 20.oct, bank draft on 06.nov.

after i was informed by american that my credit card will be replaced i have sent 3rd application which was received on 10.dec. hopefully this time eveyrthing will go right

Hi,

Can i apply for Express entry while my spouse CEC application is in progress?
I received PNP nomination recently and my Spouse CEC application received on Oct 9th (Bank draft encashed)

Also, will i get an invite from EE for filling PR as my spouse application is inprogress? on seeing the current timelines very much worried if PR be processed in 13months or more.

Please provide your views

Yes because bank canceled that one and issued a new one! So different expiry date and cvc number!
When I realized that could happen I sent then bank draft, so I'll check next week maybe they used it! Since so far they didn't returned bano draft.

Hi,

Is it just that your salary slip has your company address as they are headquartered/administered out of there? Or you are working out of Quebec as well?

In any case; it should not matter; since as per the CIC website; any experience within Canada is considered for CEC. It does not matter which province you gain your experience from.

CIC may come back with queries asking for your intent to move out of Quebec upon receipt of your PR. If you are able to convince them of your intent then you should be able to get your PR application approved.

My application received at CIC on Oct 21, 2014. As per the spreadsheet, Oct 20th applicant were getting charged. So I went to bank on Monday and was told my money order hasn't been cashed out yet. I will go again end of this week.

NEED SUGGESTION:
Is there anyone who had the draft from Scotia Bank as I dont know why when I go to the bank they are not able to tell me whether the draft has been encashed or not...I am not sure how others are able to get that information and how the bank provides that information.....
