May I know when did u sent the passport and when did u receive it ? I am a Sept applicant and am still waiting from cic to send my passport

I'm from a visa exempt country (France) so I never had to send my passport, and I paid rprf upfront last November

Hi all,

I have just received the medical request ( I am October 20 applicant)
I just have a question for you, the email was empty but there was an attachment for the medical form Imm1017 was attached,

The application includes only my name ( I am the main applicant), but my wife name is not there.
So do we have to do the medical both of us or they should send me another form for her

Hi, Below is the email contents I received from CIC, hope it would help

Go to our Online Payment webpage
https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

ÿ Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

ÿ Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

ÿ Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

ÿ Click “Submit”

ÿ Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with Visa, American Express or Mastercard.



Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format. Once the process is complete, please attach your receipt to an email, with your application number in the title, and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca



The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

Yes, everyone in the family has an individual form.

I think you should contact CIC. When I received the medical request, I received the forms for everyone in my family. If you don't want to wait for the form, she can always do the medicals as if it was upfront.

In any way, you'd have to contact CIC. If she does upfront, you can email them the confirmation that you receive from the doctor.

I read the similar issue earlier in this forum, wait for 24 hours, if not received for your wife,call the call center. ANyways both have to do medical.

Individual forms will be send for Medical mentioning UCI no in the body of the email.
