i have been emailing them for 2 months now asking for a confirmation of my upfront meds, but never received a response.

i even called to confirm, but all the agent said was "check it online, it can take up to three months to update a status on e-cas"

damn slow in this modern tech era

Since AOR i haven't got anything from CIC, so i was wondering if i should send them new police clearance, t4, NOA. Ect or should i wait for them?

And on what address should I send all this?

That email address is right. They say its 20 days before you should receive the reply, but after 20 WORKING days Id send your info again, its taken 7 months for them to reply to me, in that time I sent 3 emails all with the same info. The last one I sent was on Friday and I received a reply on Tuesday. Just be patient, I had to.

I did applied in April received it the end of July for 1 year its a long process time so just have to wait

Hi mayanyunxiao , a quick question , when u done upfront medicals what are the IME and upfront medical type values in the client visa details ?
I did also did upfront and the doctor mentioned as IME - EDE and upfront medical type - Family EDE. hope this is correct and the doctor didn't mess up.

Yes i am waiting from 22 months for a reply or update from CIC. file sent 18-11-2013 ,AOR is on 10-Jan-2014.heard nothing after AOR.
when ever i call/enquire(cic call center ,MP) they say background verification is in process.
