I changed my employer too , and I called CIC regarding this and agent told me that you will be assessed based on your previous experience. So we don't need the extra information. We will email you if we need any information.

Well , it depends on the job profile as well as current Canadian labour market requirements. If your job profile qualifies under these demanding occupation then you get your PR soon brother .( it's just one of the reason out of million :D) Some people from June 2015 are waiting for PPR where...
